Pros

Good communication when calling and are very friendly and gracious when it comes to getting off

Cons

Calls you constantly so I recommend putting your phone on silent if you absolutely don’t want to work but don’t want to take the day off

Pros

Flexible schedule, great way to meet wonderful people in the school system.

Cons

Poor management, recruiting strategies are antiquated. They expect you to be standing in the street passing out flyers. Management doesn't know how to lead a team. Pay is low for the amount of work they expect, and long working hours.
