Pros
The company works incredibly well with their substitutes. I always had a ton of help every day if I needed from those at the S4T office in my area. The substituting experience depends on the school and classroom. You'll learn which grades, schools, teachers, and subjects you like and dislike. You'll get to know the staff and teachers at the schools you frequent.
Cons
The students can be a handful. It is sometimes hard on certain days depending on the students. The more you know about schools and classes the better you'll be able to avoid a bad day.
