      Pros

      The flexibility of the position is the best benefit of this position. I can determine my days or hours of availability.

      Cons

      I am a certified teacher with 25 years of experience and I get paid $15.00 an hour—such an insult.

      Pros

      I got paid weekly (rarely). I had to call the Federal Government because they attempted to withhold my pay. They Hire anyone!!!!!! If you're serious about education, this is NOT the job for you.

      Cons

      Everything I listed in my pros. They're were 3 times or pay was delayed. I only worked there 6 months. I was lied to about the position. I had no trouble worth the schools, students or administration. HOWEVER... the staff they provide lack professionalism and do not follow any rules sy by the BOE. it's not everyone but most.
