I get to pick what days I work I'm also certified Para Professional trying to find something full time and will be CPR certified in the near future

Cons

I need to work more days but when a job is posted it's first come first serve and they go quick

Pros

Value employees, work life balance, meaning in the work (helping school districts & community); great onboarding process and overall organization

Cons

Offboarding was not a good experience; harassed by newer, middle management and HR did not recognize it for that-labeled a performance issue on my part to push it out of the way.
