Creative Working Environment with salaries that are on par with the industry, Great Benefits along with employee stock sharing. I worked for ETC for 25 years and enjoyed every bit of it. As an R&D engineer, ETC would make sure you had all the resources and latest tools needed to perform you job to the fullest. The manager is not only fair and understanding but also a great person. The only reason I am not still working there is because I retired! ETC was not a job but more like a family.

Cons

Occasional travel needed. However I do not really see this as a con as I always looked forward to the travel and viewed it as part of the job.
