Some nice people, CEO is adored, but few opportunities and caste-like hierarchy
Pros
Laid back; hyper casual dress code, come later and leave early if you don't abuse it (though many do and are never reprimanded) The owner seems like a decent guy but has allowed the place to be overrun with nepotism.
Cons
Only members of the president's church are promoted to senior positions, with a few exceptions. Be prepared to be talked to about "faith". Perhaps not as part of company doctrine but when you hire everyone from your church, what do you expect? Frequent announcements about "recod months" are made, but raises have been 0-2% for many years. One has to wonder where the money is going. The other review is correct about budget cuts as well; they get cut a few times per year. Non managers must never question a manager's authority on any subject, even if they are not experts. Managers have been known to walk out of meetings, threaten non managers with hr action, etc. but since most of the managers all go to church with each other, they have each other's backs
