ETC has an incredibly high customer focus and as such as a member of the phone support team you are empowered to make the right decision for the company. Management has your back all the way to the executive level and the team is like Family. Calls take as long as they need to with no pressure on volumes or resolution totals.

Cons

This is a high-stress, high-volume position. Every call is different and since the company supports everything it has ever made, you need a wide range of product and procedure knowledge. Training offers many solutions, but you will be challenged with something new every day. This is both a pro and a con depending on your attitude and personality.
