- very casual company culture, everyone is nice - there is an at-cost deli, and free soda and coffee - the product are fun and interesting to troubleshoot

Cons

- company is stuck in the past and many are resistant to necessary change - when change is implemented, it is implemented poorly - it is very hard to fire people, which is great until someone just doesn't do their job
