Disjointed management, poor communication, micromanaging, shifty HR department, history of victim blaming, drug testing

In my personal experience, I had three jobs at ETC as I moved up from a summer hire to full time employment. I had a pretty good experience until I got my final position at the company as an administrative assistant. Administrative Assistants are treated very poorly at ETC and are treated as "less than" every other department they assist. Personally, I experienced two managers who talked poorly to other employees to me and about me, as well as assume the worst of their employees. One of them sits at their desk in the mornings an watches for their notifications go to off signaling when one of their employees has logged on. I know there are many people who have had good experiences at ETC, but there is an almost equal amount of people who have had bad experiences there, and no one ever speaks out about the bad.
