ETC has great benefits for all levels of employment. This includes generous PTO, good Healthcare, Dental, and Vision, and an at cost deli in the Middleton factory.

Cons

Production hours are not great. 5AM - 3PM for first shift and you are being paid around $4's less than similar jobs in the area.
