CEO is a strong leader with several previous successes in scaling businesses the size of ETQ to X5. The QMS market globally has strong CAGR and is strategic software purchase. Flagship product is industry best and recognized as such. Outstanding employee engagement team - they really get it. DIEB committee exist to advise and impact change

Cons

Down market pressure from start up make SMB difficult to compete with at small price points. Of course, not everything is perfect - as organization we focus on improvements of most critical. Lots of hard work, while very rewarding, should be a conscious decision.
