if you are lucky enough to land in a department that has seniors, they invest in your training and growth because it is a smaller company there are more opportunities and you grow exponentially. Sets you up for success in subsequent roles there are people who care and are great to work with

toxic culture and because it's a private company, those in charge do what they want and treat you how they want management is so busy bickering they have no energy to invest in their employees and make the culture healthier. boys club atmosphere for sure Unethical and concerned with looking good over doing the right thing
