Pros

Small company, friendly folks, fresh ground coffee, snacks, company activities, OK benefits. Remote work available and sometimes encouraged.

Cons

For a company that is growing so fast so large, pay has been stagnant. 15-20% below competitors Nepotism runs behind the scenes Jobs appear and dissolve monthly, opportunities for growth are a lottery. When they decide on a direction from above, no consideration to anyone involved.

Pros

The employees are nice. They all hate it and feel trapped due to the toxic and hostile environment that the women supervisors have created.

Cons

Everyone is fake and is looking for a way to backstab you just so they can look better in the bosses eyes. Honestly, the minute they hire you they start treating you so bad ! avoid like the plague.

Grown woman drama between departments, Management and Human Resources are no help when help is needed, expected to fend for yourself without proper training
