Pros

Excellent coworkers Trained well before starting work Travel is fun and welcoming

Cons

Pay can be a lot better 12+ hour flights only economy unless out of pocket expense Practices and documents still need improvement

Pros

Depending on manager...some good and some not really. They tout family but only one the surface.

Cons

More downsides than upsides--very Austrian even in the states which is hard to work with. HQ runs the show completely and totally and VP is just a mouthpiece for what HQ wants. Lots of wrong doing but also lots of coverup. Salaries leave a lot to be desired and they make you feel like you should be grateful for every little penny that you get.

Pros

Many of the people working there are good people and the headquarters in Austria is a professionally managed organization.

Cons

The US office is a meat grinder. High turnover and sub par salaries. The senior management is at best unethical. Most employees are just looking for their next opportunity to get out. A leadership change might help but the company culture is broken and they have a "there's the door" mentality during a historic hiring boom in the semiconductor industry. They will always be short staffed due to these issues.
