The manager that came about half way through my time at Evereve was straight up crazy. She demanded that I wear "statement necklaces" every day to work; I was very responsible and did everything that was asked of me, but to her, this job was life or death. If the shirt on the mannequin wasn't perfectly tucked in, all hell broke loose. If a shirt was folded one way instead of another, oh WOW. don't even joke about something like that. She is why I left.

The upper level management is toxic and destructive. Bullying and passive aggressive coaching is regular practice and there is no accountability for upper management. The Central West regional Director is basically a tyrant and breaks managers down so that she can feel big. There is still a “Good ole boys” mentality in the company and if you’re not on the inside, you get chased out of the company. Only “Yes” people allowed.
