      Pros

      Met some great people to work with. Nice employee discount for the clothes.

      Cons

      They pay is awful, and the demand of the job is extremely high. It is difficult to get a day off, because the store always seems to be understaffed. You get very little breaks and perfectionism is demanded at all times.

      Company has a lack of diversity. Very few BIPOC or LBQTQ people. Christian values dominate company ethos. Reviews and raises were sporadic or non-existent.

      Pros

      Some fantastic customers you get to meet along the way. Great clothing brands. I wasn't a mom but some fellow managers were and the schedules seemed very accommodating for retail.

      Cons

      Very poor upper management. District managers that are just looking out for themselves. They talk bad about other managers to you. Which is in such poor taste. This retailer wants so much from you for way less pay than competitors. Overall though in the end the company has a solid idea but it's true what they say: you don't leave the company you leave the boss.
