Management is awful. They rule by fear and frown upon communication with their employees. Expect way too much out of part time stylists . My particular manager would send out a schedule 1-2 weeks in advance, and continue to make last minute drastic changes without checking with the employees first. It got to the point where it was next to impossible to schedule anything outside of work. They only care about numbers and pushy sales tactics. Their sales strategy has become more of a commission type sale, but pay no commissions. It’s become very in-genuine and the customers see right through it. The company is also very cheap. They’ll make any excuse not to reward an employee for something they’ve earned, or give raises.
