Fun vibe in the store, if you shop here and don’t mind or find yourself inconvenienced by the culture from higher up, you will enjoy the job and the discount.

Cons

There is a culture of favoritism, passive-aggressiveness, and preference for the supremacy of the white narrative.

A pushy work experience with very little rewards

Pros

It felt great to get to style women and help them look and feel their best. Some of the ladies I work with are great women!

Cons

A very numbers focused work setting. The manager is very pushy to get you to basically annoy a customer to create a relationship. I did not feel comfortable adding in various outfits when someone was clearly not interested. You get a low discount considering the clothes are very expensive. I can’t say I will ever return to this company after I leave and I do not recommend it to anyone. No one should have to go through the aggressive selling environment Evereve has.

Best job ever! Doing what I love, This company embraces my core values. Love every connection I make both with people who work at Evereve and our customers that come into the store.

Cons

I really do not have anything negative to say. Hard to believe because you can always find something negative, but here at Evereve I cannot complain about anything!
