Management is awful Discount is not the best High turn around with employees due to management Upper management is not involved in the store due to location They require high demands on employees It’s not a team environment The overall location is not the best so some days there’s no customers at all due to weather, time of day District managers switch a lot

This company will run you down. They promise you growth and say that they love to hire from within. That is not the case at all. Way too demanding of a job for PART TIME and no benefits! Turnover is terrible- I had 3 different managers within 1.5 years at one location. They wonder why people are leaving? Pay your employees and learn to value the good ones!!! For a company who is all about treating women like queens, you don't not know how to treat your employees. Very sad.

Fun. Good product. Clothes are affordable.

Cons

Very little room for growth, especially if you’re not in your 30’s or 40’s. Expected to bring in a lot of money for the company with low pay. Lunch is 30 minutes and is unpaid, but is required during your 8 hour shift.
