Extremely superficial culture. The name of the game is grow the EBITA as fast as possible to get aquired someday by a large company. As such, they are probably violating a ton of equal opportunity laws, because there are hardly any men or people of color working there, and it's very clear that is by design. The idea is to ramp up and get out so fast nobody can use the legal system to fix it.l
