      Pros

      Great staff, fair discounts on clothing, shifts are manageable and flexible. The environment is fun and upbeat which makes it a great place to be.

      Cons

      There is no commission, and the hourly rate is low. Hours vary by location and there are times that the store should not be open because no one comes in

      Always had fun co-workers

      This company will run you down. They promise you growth and say that they love to hire from within. That is not the case at all. Way too demanding of a job for PART TIME and no benefits! Turnover is terrible- I had 3 different managers within 1.5 years at one location. They wonder why people are leaving? Pay your employees and learn to value the good ones!!! For a company who is all about treating women like queens, you don't not know how to treat your employees. Very sad.
