Awesome group of women to work with! Everyone is upbeat and encouraging! Customers are nice too- doesn't seem like your typical retail job!

Cons

Nights and weekends, but it is a retail job- so that is to be expected

Pros

Great company to work for! Team oriented with a focus on pushing and encouraging one another to succeed. The stylist created such a fun and energetic feeling for customers and workers. It felt like a party in stead of work.

Cons

Upper management needs to be more involved in understanding the needs of their employees. Managers need to check their attitude at the door and not take out their frustration on their employees by belittling them.

Fun environment, get to be creative with styling clients. Trying on clothing, setting up displays, etc. Good on the job training.

Cons

Didn't like having to push sales on customers. Not much room for promotion.
