      Learning a lot on the position you are assigned in.

      No room for growth or growth path within the company. Sometimes size exclusive mentality for carrying multiple brands.

      I liked my regular customers Decent PTO if you could take it without them punishing you

      Cons

      Assistant Managers are not held in high regard. You are basically only talked to if they need something from you or you need to be “coached”. Making them 40k-70k a month for them and you make just over 50k a year, doesn't add up. You are not acknowledged for any hard work and for going above and beyond.
