Pros

Worked with a great staff of women that were my peers. Great clothes and it was at first a fun environment.

Cons

After the company name changed so did the staff that was hired, pressure to sell, and competiveness of employees. We were to be the company for moms with clothes sold by moms. Women that understood what it felt like to shop with that after baby body and lifestyle. The stores have ended up with more and more teen staff that had no clue what it was like to be " a mom". we were encouraged to up sell and soon the staff had little care about who we were selling to and more about how much we were selling! Company has lost its way, has grown too big and forgot why it was started on the first place. Mangers ask for your opinion and act as if they are open but as soon as you give it you become branded as a problem employee.

Pros

Warm environment, low-pressure sales. Fun job if you like clothes and fashion.

Cons

Schedule is not very flexible, have to work holidays with no extra benefits of doing so. Not a lot of room for growth, they do a lot of hiring outside of the company.

Pros

Very positive, fun environment to work in. The customers are amazing and the discount is phenomenal.

Cons

Management is trained to train employees to be a little too "pushy" for my liking. I felt pressured to sell expensive items to customers who already expressed they weren't interested.
