Pros

I had the opportunity to meet a lot of great people. The mission and culture were amazing at the beginning.

Cons

No work/life balance. No opportunity for growth unless you are willing to move for the company. Leadership teams beg for feedback but do not take action. Lack of praise. Extremely numbers focused. Low payroll hours given to operate stores. Lack of visits to remote stores by directors and merchandisers.

Pros

-All of the women I have worked with have either become my close friend or just a nice familiar face to see. -The discount on merchandise is nice! -It is such a rewarding feeling helping a woman pick out clothes that make her feel GOOD! I love when I can make a connection with a customer by showing her some outfits that would work for her and just having fun while shopping. -There are many opportunities to grow in this company.

Cons

-For a part-time position, requirements and duties are taken a bit too seriously. -When trained, we are taught that our main goal is to simply connect with the customers and that numbers are not our first concern. Based on weekly emails and shifts though, it really does seem like it is about the numbers.

Pros

Worked with great women of all ages. Fun to try on clothes so we would know the fit for a customer

Cons

They want you to be way too pushy toward customers. Basically try to be their BFF when many women just want to shop without talking. We are basically taught to "force" them out of the fitting room and to put SO much merchandise in the fitting rooms that they can feel overwhelmed.
