Pros

Great experience and internal promotion. I love the team and they work well with my schedule! If you love fashion and are passionate about new products, this is the place for you. I have learned so much and the experience has been truly life-changing!

Cons

There are issues with management above store managers. Right now, the owners are trying to sell the company and make it as profitable as it can be, in the process, firing managers, who are beating last year's sales numbers and are actually boosting and improving team morale, for no reason.

Customers are great. Clothing is relatively affordable and is fashionable. Good discount for employees. Not commission based, so low pressure. Fairly flexible job if you want to work part time. Can be a fun environment depending upon individual store employees/management.

Cons

High rate of employee turnover in stores so very little consistency in management style and/or relationships between sales associates, although my guess is that this is store location dependent. Moving up in the company, especially regionally and within a store is highly political. Little recognition for high performing employees, so if that is something that drives you, this may not be the best fit.
