Pros

Employees are fun and similar to me. Many moms looking to have adult interaction and get out of the house. 30% discount is nice. Fun to see trends and clothes.

Cons

Pay is not good and the same for everyone regardless of experience. No incentive for any bonuses. Made to work weekends and holidays even though with Trendsend Styling you work in the back room not on the floor.

Pros

Got to work with and know some wonderful women and hopefully helped women shopping in the store find clothes they truly felt beautiful in.

Cons

The company seemed to have a very narrow idea of women and a very narrow idea of moms, whom they cater to. My managers were treated poorly and improperly trained, and once when I brought up the idea of diversifying body types in store ads, I was told that it likely wouldn't happen because we wouldn't want to be seen as a "plus-sized store". I worked with some wonderful women in my store but regional management and "Home Office" policies left much to be desired. Plus lots of overpriced, cheaply made clothing

Pros

Love making connections with customers. Great mission and regional leadership. Made great friendships with co-workers. Discount was pretty good as well.

Cons

It is disappointing when everyone doesn't have the same motivation to be a good employee. Some of the high school/college girls were only interested in punching the clock and surfing the web.
