Pros

Fairly flexible schedule from week to week. Always fun to try on the new clothes and help women find a look.

Cons

Your discount was based on your sales volume per transaction. If you got a $1000 sale you got 60% off. Knowing that its preferable to always wear a store's clothing, it's difficult to purchase expensive clothes for not much of a discount with the amount you're making hourly.
