      Unhealthy culture from upper management

      Pros

      The store level employees and Management are great and you get to hire your own team.

      Cons

      The upper level management is toxic and destructive. Bullying and passive aggressive coaching is regular practice and there is no accountability for upper management. The Central West regional Director is basically a tyrant and breaks managers down so that she can feel big. There is still a “Good ole boys” mentality in the company and if you’re not on the inside, you get chased out of the company. Only “Yes” people allowed.
