Cons
NOT a real retail situation... very sales driven despite the model of "loving" your customer; no real operations model, no real policy and procedures, no accountability on basic business models. Company is run solely on sales and making phony friends. Upper leaders, favor the consumer, and does not take care of the teams who fight for the sales. Cult like, kool aid drinking atmosphere. Very caddy and drama filled stores. You better make a bunch of friends AND QUICK, if you want to stay. Upper leaders pit teams against each other, and don't really offer much support. Bitter about personal growth, although they preach personal development and REQUIRE reading. Company preaches accountability, but puts off their mistakes onto others. Pay is also not great for Store Managers.
