Pros

It's hard to say, there used to be cute clothes, but they were expensive, now they are inexpensive, but cheap!!

Cons

They set this company up as though they empower women, yet when I worked there it was all about Megan's husband Mike, Mike wants this, Mike sees the vision this way. He runs the show. I will give him this though, he's obviously convincing enough that he's fooled the customers into thinking they are following a woman leader and not a man.

Pros

Evereve has fantastic training! Their core associate training mirrors the service training done across the retail stores that are getting it right. Though profit is the goal for any business at the end of the day, Evereve tackles in-store success through education around loving on your customer and building women up. (Which I'll pick all day, every day over a competitive store environment!) If you're willing and open to feedback, you'll spend your time here building strong sales abilities that can be transferred to many different roles.

Cons

Though Evereve has a growth mindset and commits to hiring from within whenever possible, they also have some incredible and long term managers in place which results in it being very tough to grow beyond a store manager position. Growing into higher level positions from a stylist role though in achievable! The biggest con though is that managers in different markets receive information and support differently based on which director they're under. I can only speak for the midwest market but getting into the director's good graces had a sorority like feel and, in the end, resulted me leaving what was an incredible job with a bad taste in my mouth.

Pros

Good place to work for people who love helping women look and feel good about themselves Decent discount. Typically good group of women to work with for daily schedules. Get repeat customers who request you after shivering a relationship

Cons

Management for the store needs to have a crash course on professionalism and what a manager really means. Managers play favorites big time and will use you and dispose of you just as quick.
