Amazing Company & Culture

Pros

EverFi is truly an amazing place to work. The people here not only care about doing a great job but about the people working alongside them as well. It is very team spirited and everyone is always willing to help out. I work remote, so there is little to none office politics. BLESS! The company is geared to millennials with an unlimited PTO policies, incentivized goals and charity challenges. The best culture I've worked in so far!

Cons

The workload can be overwhelming at the start. It is A LOT. Since we're in start-up world, everyone is doing two to three jobs and you can get burned out quickly. Thankfully the company encourages a work-life balance, so taking time off to relax and recharge is required.

Pros

EverFi hires only the best and the brightest, which is what makes being a part of their team so great. Every single person that I've encountered has been kind, collaborative, thoughtful and really invested in the success of the company and one another. By far one of the most creative, intellectually stimulating and rewarding places that I've worked.

Cons

Really, no cons to report on.

Pros

Culture is great, mission is great, talented and smart employees, interesting intersection in the U.S. being in D.C.

Cons

Promotes almost exclusively internally for management positions and there is a lack of direct oversight of managers or lack of training for management positions. Some managers are good, some are bad. Also being that many roles are spread out through the U.S. and work remotely, it may be hard to connect to the culture.
