Pros

Everyone is passionate about their role in EverFi's solution of educating people about critical life skills, great teamwork, awesome culture that honors creativity and hard work. Furthermore, I have learned so much about Education to further my personal interests and professional career.

Cons

There is always a lot going on and huge goals to reach every year, but those excite, not daunt, me.

Pros

Great to work from home. Nice people. Palooza is really fun and you feel like the work you do is important.

Cons

Little development. Feedback is mostly good job or fix this. If you don't fit in socially you tend to get edged out. New Programs have all kinds of bugs at first, which is normal, and you need to be prepared to be the smiling face who has to deal with frustrated schools while also making sure they use buggy stuff so that their sponsors don't get upset about poor usage. No matching 401k. Work all the time.

Pros

Mission driven company with a clear sense of purpose. Great benefits and company culture. Cool office space.

Cons

A bit crazy and hectic - if you don't like drinking from the firehose/diving into the deep-end, this might not be the company for you. Not an easy office to get to via public transit (though biking/walking are great options).
