EVERFI staff from leadership down to individual contributors have a strong commitment to the mission of expanding access to important education for all. EVERFI provides a dynamic work environment with a genuine commitment to providing a space where employees can bring their whole full selves to work every day. As an employee, I feel comfortable providing critical feedback. Which is welcomed and genuinely listed and heard.

Cons

EVERFI has had to work hard to develop performance measurements and compensation strategies on par with other Edtech Companies. It has greatly improved but is still an evolving process this past year. As the company has grown, interdepartmental communication has been a challenge.

Work / Life balance. Competitive Pay. Awesome managers. Providing / supporting a meaningful product that helps teachers, and at no cost to them.

Cons

Changing teams and territories can make it hard to feel settled, platform changes that the implementation team isn't involved in or even made aware of until the very last minute can make it difficult to provide quality support to teachers.
