Pros

The pandemic has thrown a lot our way as an EdTech org, but EVERFI takes care of its people. With fair compensation and a great benefits package (including unlimited PTO) I also very much appreciate "bonus" days EVERFI has provided us during this time, where the whole company shuts down. (Otherwise, it's too tempting to want to work all the time)!

Cons

I think we could be even bolder in the DEIA space.

An incubator for great talent!

Pros

I think that EVERFI has been improving in terms of creating a professionally rewarding career in the Revenue organization. I feel that each of the leaders is well known across verticals, indicating their strengths and stellar reputations in terms of talent development. If you put the work in, leadership takes notice and makes it a priority to reward you. It really is like a family feel and there is noticeably more unity.

Cons

Groupthink can sometimes appear in discussions, but I feel that much of the leadership has been more agile.
