      Pros

      This is a rapidly growing company that is highly profitable in the pharmaceutical industry.

      Cons

      During experiences with this agency, there have been several times where their insecurity and lack of knowledge have shone through. What's more is that as a company they are mainly concerned with their image (See other reviews on Glassdoor that they have created internally/spammed with for further proof). If you're going to work extremely hard in an agency setting, do it for one that actually allows creativity and in an industry you'll be proud of.

      Pros

      Great benefits, bonuses, and people. Summer hours, happy hours when it isn't summer, and they are really flexible and understanding that you have a life outside work that can sometimes conflict.

      Cons

      There are some personalities that are more difficult to work with than others but it is not bad enough to outweigh all the positive aspects.
