Pros

The senior directors take an active role in creating a good work atmosphere, encouraging employees, and bringing everyone on board to take ownership in where the company is headed. Solid year-over-year growth and room for advancement. There is a great work-life balance and a fun culture --plenty of company activities, challenges, and happy hours.

Cons

As with all large and growing companies, there are some "transitionary" periods that require a little extra work to move through, but the management is doing a great job at being proactive to fill holes and implement structure for continued growth.

Pros

I've worked at companies of varying sizes and responsibilities. Intouch has a good thing going. It feels right especially for an agency. Employees are engaged and management actually trys to cater to them. The company is not full them selves either. Work/life balance: It isn't too much of an issue. I can generally head out around 5:30pm and will stay late if I know it needs to happen. I don't find myself bringing work home too often. Career Opportunities: Almost every month some one is getting promoted. Most importantly it isn't shuffling people around they are well thought out decisions. Compensation: They have to stay competitive. The historically consistent 15% bonus at EOY is no joking matter. Culture & Values: This company has a philanthropic committee that is active. Everyone is trying to pull in same direction. Are there games? Yeah sure but it wouldn't be American style business if there weren't any. That said, the usual rat race nonsense doesn't permeate and create tension. There is no pressure to be xx percent billable like other agencies. This allows us to get do the right job. Not a sweatshop!

Cons

One con that stands out is that the company is growing rapidly. The company is working very hard to build good internal processes and communication. It would be good to see more activity on the FOSS side of things, and event an internal product. They've has been typically a .NET shop. I know that if it aint broke don't fix it, but there are tons of cool things going on out there.

Pros

Friendly staff, EXCELLENT benefits, the future of the industry is stable compared to others. Constantly getting new business and receiving awards for work provided. Very quick to share the success with everyone instead of taking all the credit.

Cons

Not much if anything. Only thing I could think of is do we really need to have so many "account" people on one client?
