Pros

Competitive salary and benefits package Sexy office Makes working in the pharma marketing space as fun as it can be Lunch and learns Opportunities to meet with different departments

Cons

Very demanding teams Very clear gaps in management from directors to junior team members Feels like a sorority If you aren't willing to play politics or be cut-throat, you won't survive in this environment Feeling of manufactured culture

Pros

There are some good mid tier and regular workers.

Cons

Perception of Eversana milking the cash cow Not making financial goals, most anticipating no bonuses at the very least, but potentially more staffing cuts Finance keeps moving the carrot. Salaries were 1 month late, no Q3 promotions, bonuses moved out from December to April affecting people's yearly income. 401K contributions increased to make match. Doing everything they can to bleed the employees and send another dollar to Eversana Dishonest and untrustworthy, changed benefits and acted like it was for the better Returning to office policy makes no sense as a blanket rule when delivery teams aren't collacated. People who moved anticipate being forced to make a choice between 'move closer to office' or quit next year.

Awful Work Life Balance

Pros

They have fun happy hours and the typical agency perks. WFH was allowed on my team when necessary. You get lots of agency experience at a lower level if on the right team.

Cons

The hours for my team were long and the politics were even worse. This job and the environment caused me constant anxiety and stress. I would never advise anyone to work here.
