      Pros

      Coworkers and managers are genuine, kind people. Be very wary of anyone director level or above.

      Cons

      Everything else. Toxic work culture, sexism, disregard for employee wellbeing. Its your standard PE-owned company that is too big to fail until it fails. All labor will be outsourced to India in the next 5+ years. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

      Pros

      Employees can work remotely as well. Good opportunity to grow skills.

      Cons

      Very underpaid and compensation unclear at the beginning. KT process is quite ambigious and things are escalated even for small mistakes. People are not well-behaved and the quality of work expected from you is not transitioned during KT.
