Employees can work remotely as well. Good opportunity to grow skills.

Cons

Very underpaid and compensation unclear at the beginning. KT process is quite ambigious and things are escalated even for small mistakes. People are not well-behaved and the quality of work expected from you is not transitioned during KT.

Was very unorganized when I was there Kind of left clients hanging when programs left suddenly, which caused a bunch of worried upset callers, Pay was low A process to get help from staff/management
