there are no pros in eversana

Cons

no job security HR doesn't work at all. very deep-level politics played by leaders Leaders don't deserve positions, but they are getting because they are favorites of their boss. promotions are done on basis of favoritism, not by skill and talent I will never recommend this organization to anyone. no learning waste of time only
