Maybe Job security coz they dont need to lay off as people themselves want to leave quickly

Cons

One of the worst departments one can ever work in, There is no work life balance, toxic work culture, no leaves, It is an absolute nightmare to work over here. There is no growth as well, appraisals are low and the work itself is just excel copy paste with a little bit of vlookup, Please do not apply as the compensation is not adequate as well as the experience. Plus there is a non negotiable 90 Day notice period which will make it pure hell to search for a new job after coming here, Everyone is desperately looking for a new role and no one wants to stay here for longtime, so unless torture is your past time, skip it
