Cons
company's website does not accurately reflect the work culture and benefits that are actually provided. The overwhelming majority of employees have expressed negative experiences including me, citing a lack of fair treatment, unreasonable working conditions, high pressure and stress, and excessive targets. Additionally, employees have reported inadequate compensation compared to other companies, a toxic work culture with a lot of politics, a lack of appreciation, and no opportunities for career growth. There is also no response or resolutions if any code of conduct violation. I tried to contact the team till now they haven't responded anything. And It is concerning to hear that many employees have even been harassed during the resignation process.
