      Good learning experience, but not a stable company to work for

      Pros

      - Fully remote role - Fair base salary - Good exposure to owning processes/tasks - Visibility and interaction with leadership - Creative liberty to get the job done however you may prefer (i.e. leaders let you run with tasks if it meets the expected outcome)

      Cons

      - EVERSANA is Private Equity owned, so whenever financial targets are not met during a quarter/year, the "knee jerk" reaction is to lay off staff. In the 4 years I was with the company, we typically had 1 - 2 layoffs per year - Bonus incentive is non-existent unless financial metrics are met. These metrics are often extremely aggressive and are only met if things go perfectly throughout the year (they never do). I typically received only about ~50% of my bonus payout despite strong review/performance ratings every year. - No company culture given it is fully remote and you rarely interact with peers.

      Loved working there it was a great experience.

      Cons

      NONE, company changed some policies but overall great experience. Only con was the insurance offered was terrible.

      Everything is forged

      Pros

      Work from office. Good fun activities and celebrations.

      Cons

      The managers ask you to post a favorable review. Once you show the review they give the chocolate :-) I believe they should focus on fixing the their management style. For then everything is incentive. If you forget your family they reward you. If you work 10 hours you are mediocre. The Manager does not have any business knowledge and not even people management. She has a culture of favors to her know set of team members. She hardly has any control. All the decisions are based on US Managers who THINK they are best people managers. :-) No one wants to be in the team. Every one is looking out or for IJP to move to other teams. Its a sinking ship.
