Pros

Since starting in my role I have met some extremely genuine people who are truly dedicated to being part of a team and winning together to deliver results to the patients. From the top-down, the people are the most fun part of the job. The business is growing so it's fun to be a part of this growth mindset and to be learning along with some of the leaders in the industry.

Cons

You need to be a go-getter and be able to move with the times because this company is making big moves in the industry.

New and growing company, exciting work

Pros

They have work in any area you are into distribution, traditional biotech consulting, commercial services, etc. Variety.

Cons

The company is newer and there are growing pains. Reorganizations. New acquisitions. Who reports to whom? Culture establishment new. Hard to get a feel for people you don’t work with in other offices.
