EVERSANA is one of the best companies to work for. The benefits are exceptional and far above most other companies. Opportunities exist for me to grow in my position and take on interesting projects. There is collaboration between work groups and people like each other. Management is good at recognizing employee performance and showing appreciation for the work they do. There is the knowledge that what you are doing has an impact of people’s lives. Of course, my job is very busy, and a lot is expected of me; but I can’t emphasize enough the gratitude that I have for the work-life balance that EVERSANA has provided for me. It is a privilege to work here and I feel lucky every day.

I am still fairly new at EVERSANA and I've thoroughly enjoyed my experience to date with the Company. I've been super impressed with the quality of the Team, throughout the organization. Overall, strong industry and/or functional experience, committed to moving the company ahead, and sincere / genuine people. And, importantly, its not a political environment (who you know, or who you work for). Everyone is treated the same and appropriately (the company culture is good!). I enjoy the pace of working with a growing / expanding company because you can add value every day. It's very exciting to contribute to this individually and also work together collaboratively. Finally, I appreciate how Sr. Management provides updates to the entire company each quarter on our progress.
