Pros

HR / Operations team is friendly and very responsive. Office has a pretty creative energy and collaboration is great. People are hired based on core values - love it!

Cons

I am new to the company, so far I have not spotted anything that is negative.

Pros

My experience with EVERSANA has been very positive. Culture - The culture is organic, fun and entrepreneurial. Flexible - The company is flexible, when they say you can work from home, they genuinely mean it. Staff & Leadership - The staff and leadership I have met at EVERSANA are incredibly intelligent, down to earth and truly empathetic individuals. Benefits - Comprehensive and unique, Pawternity for example! Technology - There is nothing worse than starting a new role and having old, outdated equipment. EVERSANA has a great IT team and understands what is needed for every role to do their job, I have worked in a variety of organizations and EVERSANA feels the most like home to me. I feel empowered to make my own decisions and encouraged to think outside the box. The flexibility to have a work life balance has been one of the most enjoyable experiences in this role.

Cons

With a rapidly growing company, ambiguity is a side effect. The transition from 7 companies to 1 can be challenging but there are a lot of learning opportunities in the growing pains.

Pros

Client focused with highly satisfied patients. Satisfying position when you deliver a unique type of care like Everaana does.

Cons

Going through a transitional period and there is a lot of change happening, but the future looks great so just adapting to the new.
