Promidian is without a doubt a great company to work for. It is a growing company with lots of opportunities for personal and professional growth. There is a collaborative culture with intelligent and capable colleagues who are always willing to help one another. The leadership team is committed to supporting your growth and is always open to feedback.

Cons

There are some areas needing standardized practices, but the management team is organized and is actively working to make sure these guidelines come to fruition.

Pros

Eversana truly puts the "human" in human resources which is a rare thing to find in many companies. Through their benefits and programs, they demonstrate the principle that if you invest in your workers, there will be a greater business return for you. They care about everything from your health (excellent gym partnership) to your work/life balance (work stays at work). They truly have set a standard to which I will compare all other companies.

Cons

It's not the "coolest" or most "hip" office but the employees are great.

Pros

There are not too many places out there where you can accomplish three very important things! At EVERSANA, we actually impact people's lives, we're changing the industry, and we're having a lot of fun growing this business! It's hard for me not to show excitement for working at EVERSANA because it's an organization that I truly believe in and will not leave. I've worked at 7 different companies in my career and never experienced the team environment like this that cares about what they do, the people that are doing the work and how it impacts our customers and overall the patient. We are changing the world!

Cons

We've recently integrated many companies together and there's some growing pains. With that said, I've never seen an organization spend so much time focused on building a new culture that is far better than any of the past organizations. It's refreshing to see the effort to pull EVERSANA together. There's a lot of work to be done and that can be overwhelming at times - however, it's GOOD work and meaningful. I like being busy throughout the day and I continue to look forward to coming to work every day. Again, not many people can say that and it's pretty cool to be at a place that get's me that excited.
