Good company , there is no problem bcs still solution . We can learn a lot bcs all is sharing

Cons

There is no real rod block just sometimes as in family need to do a choice and we need to accept and wait the storm goes out

Pros

If you are not directly working with CEO, this is still a work-able place. The colleagues are easy to get along with.

Cons

CEO doesn't appreciate the opinion from different view which makes other managers afraid to say true opinion. There are several policies violate Labor Law but CEO thinks as long as he provides 4 months year-end bonus (which not everyone can get it) this violation should be acceptable.
