Pros

Complete support, respect and opportunities regardless of your level of experience from both management and colleagues and no micro-management. Great culture with fully flexible working and monthly company catch-ups helping develop relationships across the whole of the business.

Cons

If you struggle to be self-motivated and confident in your work, it may not be an environment that suits you

Pros

EVONA is by far the best company I have ever worked with. The flexibility is like no other, no micromanagement, processes in place to succeed, unlimited holiday, amazing incentives and commission structures, ability work remotely wherever and whenever you like, an amazing bunch of collaborative colleagues to work with day in day out & 4 founders you can get behind within a second of meeting!

Pros

Evona is the best company I have ever worked for. The trust you have from day one allowing flexibilty and autonomy is unrivalled. What you need to do to get promoted as well as the commission structure very clear, you also receive flexible benefits that you can choose. The culture and team is great with zero egos.

Cons

The small real con is with so much flexibilty there can be the odd day where the office is quiet and I am someone that likes to be in a busy office.
